• We design and produce bare printed circuit boards.
• We produce and supply bare PCBs using manufacturing data provided by you.
• We procure needed electronic components on reasonable cost and assembly them onto PCBs. We fasten to populated PCBs mechanical parts if needed and assembly them into finished product.
• We guarantee quality of our workmanship. Populated PCBs we clean either manually or using automatic washing machine. The soldering quality we inspect on automatic optical tester or visually.
• On request we propose electrical testing of assembled PCBs. We carry out electrical functional test based on customer required test procedure. We do debugging of failed unit followed by the repair or upgrade services. Our customers are supplied by fully tested functional PCBs then.
• We conduct mechanical assembly of heatsinks, wires, cable harnesses and other mechanical parts or we consolidate complete product assembly for end customers.
